Gabriel Wizard is a Brazilian born, New York based DJ, producer, songwriter and audio engineer. He attended Kean University (Union, NJ) where he majored in communications. A successful DJing career prompted him to leave school and become certified in Logic Pro.
Moving from Brazil to the south Bronx at a young age, Gabriel’s first influences naturally came from Brazilian music and early Hip-Hop. In line with his family’s goal to become more familiar with American culture, he was also exposed to 70s and 80s rock and pop, including artists like Jimi Hendrix, Prince, U2 and many other musical legends. Gabriel’s taste in music has always been extremely eclectic and you can still hear it in his sound today.
Gabriel began DJing by the age of 13. Since then he has played on major radio stations and top nightclubs across the country. He started dabbling in production and song writing during college. At first he started with edits and remixes of top hits, which eventually led him to making his own original records. Shortly after Gabriel began getting worldwide recognition in the dance music world and formed his own dance label Deafinition Music Group (DMG). Around the same time he also began working with internationally known dance producers Marcos Carnaval (Tommy Boy Records) and David Heartbreak (Owsla).
Gabriel has released his music under or mixed music for labels such as Ultra, Kult, Tommy Boy, Owsla, Next Plateu and DMG.
In 2013 Gabriel met Corey Phillips and started the production songwriting duo No3Go (No Ego). Shortly after they joined the Tin Pan Digital team.
